Protecting our clients’ and employees’ data from being accessed and potentially misused by third parties is just one of the ways that we take IT security personally. We strive to make our IT systems as secure as possible as well as keeping our employees aware of outside threats that could affect our IT environment. IT security and systems protection is an ongoing process and defense against possible cyber threats. The following measures have been taken or are in place.
- Implemented Information Security and Quality Management System (ISQMS)
- ISO 27001 certified applicable for the operations of the supply chain platform SPOT
- Protection of clients’ and employees’ data from third party access
- Highest security standards in our data centers
- Modern data center with reduced CO₂ due to efficient free cooling system
- Performing internal and external audits in various areas of information security
- Awareness programs for employees and training for IT staff
- Communication and awareness-building of potential threats through newsletter articles and emails
- Managing IT security alerts and incidents
