We have a “passion for excellence” that runs through all aspects of our work. With that in mind, we implemented the cargo-partner Academy to give our employees worldwide the ability to continue to learn and grow with us.
Through a combination of live seminars, recorded video sessions and online courses, our employees are able to acquire knowledge on a wide variety of topics related to their work and cargo-partner as a whole. From our backend and file sharing tools to industry specific topics and sales strategies, the cargo-partner Academy allows us to furnish all our employees with an ever-expanding source of knowledge from their first day with the company.
