As part of the Nippon Express Group, we are excited to handle logistics for the Austrian Pavilion at EXPO 2025 in Osaka.
The highlight: A 16.5-meter-tall wooden loop inspired by Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy,” designed to celebrate Austria’s unique craftsmanship and innovative wood construction techniques. Yesterday, this project was introduced to the public at a press conference featuring Stefan Graf (CEO Leyrer + Graf Baugesellschaft m.b.H.), Martin Kocher (Federal Minister of Labor and Economy), Johanna Mikl-Leitner (Governor of Lower Austria), Philipp Gady (Vice President of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber), and H. E. Ryuta Mizuuchi (Ambassador of Japan in Austria).
With EXPO 2025 just six months away, Austria is gearing up to showcase the best of its industry and creativity under the theme “Composing the Future.” The Austrian Pavilion will feature a stunning, spiral-shaped wooden score along its façade, a symbol of Austria’s musical heritage and sustainable design.
From start to finish, we’re leveraging our expertise in project cargo logistics, with solutions tailored for complex, large-scale transports. We are proud to bring this piece of Austria to life on the global stage and look forward to helping make EXPO 2025 a memorable event!
