Charity Sports Event in Zagreb
The Jarun Sports Recreation Association organized the event “Biram sport” (“I Choose Sport”) for the twelfth time from June 19 to 26, 2021. Its goal is to encourage children and young people to play sports and prevent them from turning to violence, crime or substance abuse. The proceeds go towards the education of blind and partially sighted students. cargo-partner participated as a bronze sponsor.
More than 15,000 visitors attended the festivities, which took place on the court of Ivan Meštrović Elementary School and consisted of a series of activities spread out over eight days. The varied entertainment program included football and basketball tournaments, a sports education amusement part on 2,000 square meters, musical performances by various artists, including blind musicians, a charity raffle, and more.
We were glad for the opportunity to join this good cause and contribute to creating better living conditions for young people and supporting children with disabilities.
