New Safety & Security Declaration Requirement for EU to GB Imports
From January 31, 2025, all goods imported from the EU to Great Britain will require a Safety and Security Declaration (ENS).
This new requirement applies to carriers and hauliers, who will be legally responsible for submitting these declarations. However, importers or intermediaries can assist by submitting on their behalf.
