Two years after opening our first office in Australia, we have now expanded our network in the country by two new locations and 3,000 m² of warehouse space.
After two successful years in our Melbourne office, we have strengthened our network in Australia with the acquisition of the logistics company Associated Customs & Forwarding (ACF). With this step, we have gained two new locations in Sydney and Brisbane and grown our team in Australia to 35 employees.
One of AC’s core competencies is e-commerce, and this is also one of cargo-partner’s strategic focus areas. This allows us to offer efficient e-fulfillment complete solutions for customers throughout Australia. In addition, cargo-partner now has 3,000 m² of modern warehouse space in Sydney, including a bonded warehouse with in-house customs clearance and a quarantine warehouse that meets the requirements of Australian import procedures.
Stefan Krauter, Managing Director of cargo-partner, is convinced that the cooperation is a win-win situation for both companies: “Our partnership with ACF complements our existing service and product portfolio thanks to its expertise in logistics, value-added services and last-mile transport solutions. At the same time, ACF’s customers benefit from our network of office and warehouse locations as well as our experienced teams around the globe.”
