We endeavor to act in a responsible manner and in accordance with the law at all times. Our Code of Conduct defines the ethical and legal framework for our corporate actions and covers our shared values and consequent internal behavioral norms.
In order to maintain the good reputation we enjoy, it is important to act responsibly, ethically and in accordance with the applicable laws, rules and internal guidelines, because even a single infringement can have far-reaching consequences. Our Code of Conduct primarily deals with the question „How do we want to work?“. The rules and standards of conduct described therein apply without exception to all managing directors, executives and employees of the cargo-partner group as well as directly and indirectly held affiliates. Our Code of Conduct emphasizes explicitiy that we do not accept any discrimination, harassment, violation of human rights, corruption, bribery and unfair agreements.
As our CEO Mr. Krauter says, “We require all employees to incorporate the normed principles of conduct in this document into their daily routines, because ‘we take it personally!’”.
